Anniversary trip

From the moment we arrived on check in, we felt welcomed. Our room was clean and inviting. The breakfast they serve has a good selection and not overly priced. Good value for the price. We were very happy with our stay.

A bit disappointed.

A clean hotel. Our room was rather basic for what we expect from Hampton, but it was ok. Terrible oldies music plays in various parts of the hotel including when we stepped off the elevator on the fourth floor. The lights blinked on/off in a headache inducing manner on one of the elevators during all four days of our stay. The front desk was often unmanned including no one to check us out. The front desk was totally in the dark as well. (Is Hilton trying to get rid of the front desk?) One night there was loud running up and down the hall at 9:30 which woke us up since we had gone to bed early. Somehow this hotel did not measure up to our expectations based on previous stays at Hampton Inns.
