Dead roaches in room

by Ay-ay-ron_A

Highly recommend you keep your shoes on at all times as you may step on dead roaches. To fill the rest of this space with 200 characters I am writing the rest of this review for no purpose other than to make other potential guests aware of a dead roach problem.

Wonderful staff great breakfast

by Alexaniax

My husband and I flew to Baltimore with our 2 girls ages 2 and 3 from Maine. We were there to visit my father in law, who had been in the intensive care unit of the University of Maryland medical center for over 20 days. The moment we arrived at the Hampton Inn, we were greeted by Iesha, one of the most lovely humans I believe I have ever met. She immediately made our girls feel at ease, not to mention us. I’m not sure if she could read the stress on our faces, but whenever we entered the lobby, she was always there with a warm smile inquiring how my father in law was doing. My father in law ended up passing away during our stay there and Iesha was very empathetic and accommodating. Should we ever visit Baltimore again, we will definitely stay at the Hampton inn. Staff absolutely wonderful and the breakfast was pretty amazing too.
