Made reservations a month in advance. They choose to give our room to a lacrosse team and expected us to take a double bed for 3 people. Breakfast was cold not A very good selection. Hotel was outdated. Staff was rude. Themostat in 1 room didn't work. Did not accommodate our needs.we had booked 3 rooms.

Huge stain on carpet- fixtures not all working only 1 working elevator then 2nd stopped working, very disappointing experience this was our go to hotel every time visited family- not anymore! Went downhill!
