Felt like a ghetto hotel compared to other Hamptons

The hotel was overall dirty - floors, lobby coffee, elevator, hallway was dirty and grimy. There were 2 spiders in my tub that I had to catch and kill before taking a bath. Not what I usually get at a Hampton

Room was fine, front desk were awesome. Just a little outdated. Front and side entry/exit doors squeak or stick. Elevator sounds metal to metal rubbing as door opens and closes. Only 1 of 2 elevators were working. Minor I know but if these obvious issues arent being addressed, what else that I can't see is being let go????
