Zero internet signal in hotel

Zero internet service in room at end of hallway. Try to refer you to 800 number for service. Very disappointing! No resolution and not very helpful solutions and no room change available due to it being sold out.

Everything was great.

Staff at check in offered us water, very nice. Nice well kept room. Breakfast had great selection - fruit, oatmeal, bread, yogurt, waffles, eggs, etc. . Fitness room had good equipment. Newer. Would stay again.
