Great Hilton property!

by Kim K

We have stayed at this hotel multiple times while traveling to Rapid City, I recommend this hotel.
-Staff is knowledgeable and friendly , check in and check out went very smoothly . We arrived later in the evening and asked for suggestions for food , they recommended a pizza place that was amazing .
-The room itself was clean, there were plenty of towels and washcloths . There was no hairdryer in the room but the front desk brought one right away as soon as I called . Beds and pillows were very comfortable so we were able to get a good night sleep .
- The breakfast was hot and there was a good variety . Staff did a great job of keeping everything full .

Over Run, Horrible Breakfast

by Moonboy1964

There was no one to greet us at the front desk. We waited for 5 minutes before I walked behind the counter, only to see a clerk hiding in the back who jumped up when she saw me on camera. She wanted the other clerk (who was AWOL) to handle us. There were 12+ people waiting in the lobby to check in. The breakfast was atrocious. No eggs, a mess, unstocked, no oatmeal. Just a real bad experience. I had to spend $80 to feed the five of us at Perkins. That is unacceptable. I am Hilton Honors and I want to say that this isn't the worst Hilton experience I've had--but it's headed in that direction.
