Formerly a Comfort Inn, this hotel is open year round and situated in the village of Buxton on Hatteras Island. Families will love being only steps away from the beach and then can easily head back to the hotel for a dip in the large outdoor pool. The kids can swim and play while the adults can unwind and relax on the surrounding pool deck chairs. Shops and mini golf are also situated nearby. The comfortable guestrooms feature a refrigerator, microwave oven and coffee maker. Wi-Fi access can be found within the hotel lobby as well. Guest laundry facilities are available.

Comfortable stay

Clean, comfortable bed, quiet and good sized room with a microwave, single coffee maker and fridge. Front office desk staff was very nice and welcoming. Coffee and juice in lobby. Electric plugs need replacing. Room needs a fresh paint job; the bathroom needs renovating and the sink area also needs renovation. All of these suggestions will brighten up the room. A picky suggestion is a soap dish on the sink countertop.

Decent hotel

Standard hotel room. Nothing special really. Points for having carpet and not tile floors. Didnt have any issues during our stay. I would recommend this hotel. A little pricey but it was a last minute booking.
