This is the worst hotel we have ever stayed in and cannot believe it's a Hilton hotel. We stayed in room 540. The musty stench was intolerable. The inside was filthy. We called to switch rooms and were told, "we are fully booked and have no rooms available" The first night the fire alarm went off around midnight and everyone had to evacuate the rooms. Of course, it was a mistake. There were probably less than 100 people in the lobby - where was everyone else if they were fully booked?? Come to find out the hotel is being remodeled and half the hotel rooms were closed. That's why no other rooms were available. The hotel clerk, "happy hour" bartender, breakfast staff were rude and inattentive. Absolute worst experience ever. We will never stay here again. Please please please stay away. Would give it zero stars if possible.

My husband and I recently spent 4 nights in Boca and booked at the Hilton Suites. It was a very spacious and clean room, and little extras like a fridge you have to request at other hotels, was a part of the included price. The staff was friendly and the only down side was that the lighting was a bit insufficient in my opinion.
