Disapointed

by Luanne B

We stayed here last year about this same time for NM State Special Olympics Bowling Tournament and it was a great stay. All types of pillows on the bed to pick and chose from and the bed was above average. Well this year only a couple of pillows on the bed and they went flat once your head it the pillow. Gave my husband a screaming headache and he had to make a trip to the chiropractor the following Monday morning. The bed definitely had a sag to it and just wasn't all that conformable. The staff was excellent and helpful the lobby was the usual opulent setting. They really need to upgrade their wine quality. Both Cabernet wines I tried was like drinking cherry koolaid. Since we rented 8 rooms we got a very good rate. And their is plenty of parking.

Solid Location and Clean

The room was clean and the staff was friendly. It's definitely a good go to for families visiting the area. The Cracker Barrel right next to it is a good choice for non-local food and so easy to just walk there.
