Decent stay for airport hotel

by daveonaka

There was a little mold around the shower bottom edge and strong smell of Bleach when we entered the room. Rooms were a little dated, but beds and floor clean. One bathroom towel was spotted but clean.

Terrible business stay

by Annalisekilton

Hello,

In the month of September at the Orlando Hilton Garden Inn airport. My room key was not working, I repeatedly had to return to the front desk with this issue. After the third time the maintenance man unlocked my room and it was occupied. In the new room the towels were dirty and one had hair on it. I had a mouthwash with no seal on it. The Mouthwash was used. Marcella was rude showed no respect. She acted as if I enjoyed not having my room ready and wanted to constantly return to the lobby with my heavy bags.
I let go of the attitude from the staff and the inconvenience of constantly going back and forth to the front desk for 20 minutes but A USED MOUTHWASH was the last straw! That's completely unsanitary and unhygienic!
I went to take a shower and noticed tiny black items in the tub. I don't know if it was dirt or eroded matter was coming from the faucet. I noticed my towel had a hole in it and there was more hair. There was even a bug in my room. I'm not sure what's going on with this hotel but I've personally had my share of terrible stays. I've reached out and no one has responded.
