We stayed for the evening and had dinner downstairs. The waitress, was horrible. She, Jasmine, never acknowledged me, not for a mixed drink nor for a salad. She acknowledged my boyfriend but gave no eye contact with me to offer me anything other than my entree. It’s a nice place but the restaurant service is horrible. Stay away from the dining area.
So, here is a run down for the evening.
She initially asked what I wanted to drink and my choice of entree. That is it!!!
When my boyfriend was asked if he wanted a salad , he replied with a yes - NEVER asked me if I wanted a salad. He proceeded to order a mixed drink, she never asked if I would like one. She came back and took another order for a mixed drink and once again never asked if I wanted one. My tea glass was empty yet she asked him if he would like his coffee warmed but never offered a refill on my tea. Honestly, it’s as if I’m not even sitting here.
LMAO, asked me if I wanted a tea to go as I was exiting my chair.. ????????????
