I got in after a LONG day of travel with the dreaded canceled flight coming through Chicago. Had tons of emails to get caught up and while sitting in room realized it was getting warm kept putting off on turning the air down. Finally at 830pm I decided to look.... Ought oh no power to it at all. Ugh I already hung stuff up.
Dreaded call to front desk on the room phone. Told them the issue and bam less than 5 mins James from Engineering was knocking on the door. Apologized and got right to work air fixed in under 10 mins and he was out the door again apologizing for the inconvenience. He also asked me what I would like the temp and fan set at prior to leaving so that I would not have to get up. Great Service and hopefully the management recognize his efforts, professionalism, and speed!!!! Thanks James.

The hotel was in a great location and the rooms were tasteful and spacious. The wait staff in the dining and bar were amazing.
