Family business

My husband and I came up from florida for family business. We got in town in the middle of the night and was just too tired to look for any other hotel. We stopped here and stayed the night. The gentleman that helped us was very friendly and pleasant even at 330 on the morning. The room was very clean and beautiful. In the morning all the staff were very friendly and the breakfast bar was delicious. Keep up the good work!

Not as Good as Usual

We usually stay here, but this time the service fell short. No water offered at check-in. I inquired, and woman told me they did have some but were out now. We made 2 trips to get our luggage, and there was a case of water sitting on front counter, but we still were not offered any. Good night rest, and we asked if we could have a late checkout for 1 pm. The girl told me she could do 12:30 checkout. We left at 11:30 just to move on with our day. Glad to be on our way. I am IHG member.
