Customer service was exceptional

Came here for bachelorette party, large group of girls can be a lot to handle, but Martin went above and beyond the call of duty. He recommended restaurants that were delicious and checked in on us to confirm that our rooms were comfortable and to our liking. Not only did he act when we had requests, but he was always fun and patient when we had concerns.
Definitely would come back to this hotel to visit Orlando studio.

Stayed here while in florida for a long weekend, had a great time, Holiday Inn Express didn't let me down, my stay was relaxing, and I had a great view of Orlando and universal studios, breakfast was good, variety was appetizing, also surrounded by restaurants and shopping. We really enjoyed ourselved.
