Experienced traveler

Meant to leave a review a while back, but I had a great ski-cation because of my experience at this hotel. Hotel staff is extremely friendly and the cougar of a women at the front desk gave me some complimentary drink vouchers to the restaurant bar, which further better my experience. What was really exceptional was the postcard I received post stay. I will be back!

Terrific Hotel

I have stayed at this Hotel 4 years in a row on the same weekend and for the same event. The staff is always extremely polite, and go out of their way to assure you have a great stay.

I visited the indoor on this occasion, and they were out of pool towels. I picked up the guest services located in the pool area, let them know, and within a couple of minutes they were right there to restock the pool towels.

Great location, excellent staff, and newly renovated rooms, make the the perfect Colorado Springs hotel. I would not hesitate to recommend this property to my friends.
