The brand new Homewood Suites in Carlsbad, located just five minutes from Legoland, provides two-room suites that are immaculate and stylish with a stove, microwave, full-sized fridge, kitchen sink, dishwasher and dishware, glasses, utensils, kitchen tools, and every pot you'd ever need to cook with. The two flat-screen televisions include no charge, kid-friendly cable channels, including one free HBO channel, Cartoon Network, and Disney Family channel. There is a heated pool, laundry room, and free Wi-Fi, as well as a hot breakfast in the lobby every morning. And in the evening you'll find complimentary wine and an all-you-can-eat dinner Monday through Thursday evenings.

We had a relaxing time staying at this family oriented hotel. We stayed in a two bedroom suite because there were two adults and three children in our party. We had easy access to the freeway which allowed my husband to attend meetings at a hotel which was approximately five miles from where we were staying.
