This hotel is situated in a pretty area of Jacksonville. The hotel is modern with high end facilities
We accidentally booked a standard room instead of a suite and as the hotel was full we couldn't switch. I was initially concerned so was pleasantly surprised when I saw how well appointed the room was. Only item not available was a microwave but even that wasn't an issue
We had something that needed to be microwaved and the manager offered to do it for us on the office microwave! There is a bar and a restaurant in the hotel and some carryout items too
The prices are very reasonable. There are also several restaurants within a few steps of the hotel as well as within 2 blocks. The hotel has a nice pool and hot tub and an exercise room with a variety of equipment
The staff is super friendly and as evidenced by the manager microwaving for us, they go out of their way to be accommodating to make sure you have a great stay. If we are ever in Jacksonville again, we will definitely stay here. Highly recommend this hotel

This was my first time and I am glad the company booked me here. What a lovely hotel and the staff are awesome especially Demetreus...he made our check in easier! He was very professional and kind... I think all front desk staff should be like that..kudos to you sir!
