Stayed in one of the cheaper rooms facing the annex. Good value for the money in Florence. Since we were out most of the day didn't need a room with a view. Had a good stay. Street was quiet, (dead end) so no cars going by. The bed is very comfortable and wifi was fast and reliable. Breakfast was healthy with a lot of options. Only downside is the walls and doors are thin. We were there during their off-season so not much noise but you could hear every door that opened and closed in the rooms next to you. Also, one night we had people in the room next to us and could hear their music, TV, laughing as well as their movements around the room. Just glad it was a quiet time in the hotel, otherwise review might not be as good. Also, bathroom was hard to navigate but expected that being in Europe.
