Great hotel awesome staff

by Heather L

I travel for a living and spend 10-15 nights per month in hotels, mostly large chain hotels. This place is great, comfy beds, clean, large bathroom for NYC, but the staff is the friendliest in NYC. Robert at the front desk was very helpful with all of our needs including directions, recommendations and transportation arrangements. Robert and the rest of the helpful staff seem to be very happy to work here and go above and beyond in meeting your expectations! I will definitely stay here again! The neighborhood is safe and friendly and fun. Tons of great food: try Gentleman Farmer and Cafe Henri! Both awesome!
