Reviews

I expected much better.

by lsipple

I stayed at the Hyatt because it was the venue where my conference was being held. When I entered my room I immediately noticed that the entry light fixture was falling out of the ceiling. This led me to inspect my room a bit more closely. Upon inspection I found the toilet roll fixture hanging loosely on the wall, the bathroom floor was dirty, the remote battery cover broken, and the desk lamp turned in an awkward position and plugged into a very odd, far away outlet. With that said, the beds are very comfortable.

Not worth the cost

Room was adequate and the staff was pleasant. The problem is that on several occasions of having to share a elevator with sex worker. Paying almost $200per night I shouldn’t have deal with such a issue.
