Decent downtown choice

by Peter B

Pretty much what you’d expect from a Hyatt Regency, although I was a little surprised that there was no desk (but I was told I could connect up to 50 devices). Not a super fan of the initial layout — you go down a sloping entrance to a semi-deserted lobby and then take the elevator to the the third floor to the actual lobby. Check in was fine. The room was comfortable. It’s conveniently located to the nearby theaters and the Boston Common and the MBTA.

Getaway Fail

If you want a no fuss visit, this is not the place. The location was great. The rooms were pretty good the room service and restaurant were at best not good. I was trying to unplug and relax. However room service was ineffective and the restaurant staff was poor. The location and the checkin staff were great
