Family Friendly "Texas Style"

We love this place and make it a point to visit each summer. Our whole family goes and we range in age from 73-5 and everyone has a blast. The lazy river winds through the property with the perfect balance of sun and shade. There is even a beach more +area where kids can build sand castles while parents relax. The service at every inch of the pool area as well as the entire resort is friendly and helpful. The staff has a schedule of fun activities planned that the whole family can participate in.

There are great restaurants. The staff of Camp Hyatt do a great job of entertaining the kids. The on sight spa is wonderful. All this and is it less than five minutes to Sea World and fifteen minutes to Six Flags Fiesta Texas and wonderful shopping.

A Resort With Outstanding Customer Service and Family Orientation!!

Last summer, we stayed at the Hyatt Hill Country Resort and Spa. Located in San Antonio's hill country, it is just minutes from Sea World. Yet, the seclusion of the resort allows visitors a welcome get away. The exterior of the resort is more +reminiscent of a charming southern mansion. Upon entering the lobby, the luxury of the resort is immediately evident. Customer service is a priority at the resort, with all staff members offering a greeting and a smile at every passing. Staff members consistently ask guests if there is anything they need or anything the staff can do for them.

The grounds are immaculate, with the golf course, a walking/jogging trail, a spa, and many other accommodations offered. Bicycles are complimentary. The fitness facility is well equipped. On the grounds are also a spa, a general store, a gift shop, restaurants, and much more. But, one of the most amazing attractions of the resort is the lazy river, attached to the activity pool. Shaded by trees, a family can float together for hours, even on the hottest of days. S'mores are offered each evening, with the children roasting their own marshmallows over a large fire pit, in a safe and well-supervised atmosphere. A small beach along the river, a play ground and a teen activity center allow activities for children of all ages. Games, shows and movies are offered for families each day on the large lawn off the back terrace.

With the Alamo, the Riverwalk, and two major theme parks - Sea World and Six Flags - San Antonio offers so much for the vacationing family. Hyatt Hill Country Resort and Spa provides the perfect, relaxing stay for all members of the family.
