All About the Extras
There are a million ways to make a visit to Harbour Town and Sea Pines Special, but if you are traveling with a big family for a reunion or wedding, be sure to take advantage of the amazing, and award-winning on-site catering team, Sea Pines Style, who can prepare meals for 5 to 500 people. Contact Diane Hardy at 843-363-8397.

Back to Basics
Be sure to book a lesson, or for the pros, a round robin, at the Sea Pines Racquet Club. It's a state-of-the-art tennis facility under the direction of former U.S. Open and Wimbledon champion Stan Smith. The club has been ranked TENNIS Magazine's No. 1 tennis facility for programs and No. 7 for overall tennis resort. The resort has 23 clay courts and hotel guests can reserve two hours a day, complimentary.

Of course, it's not all about golf and tennis … almost, but not all. If you want to get away from the beach, take time to visit the 600 acres of the Sea Pines Resort Forest Preserve. You can take a mellow guide horse out along the trails and meander beneath palmettos and moss dripping from large oaks. Riders must be at least 8 years old. For information on lessons, trail rides, pony parties or carriage rides, call 843-671-2586.

The Art of Smart Timing
Hilton Head is a year-round resort but without a doubt you'll have access to more amenities and choices if you visit during the peak summer months. Many services like the Kids Club and some restaurants are only open June through August but Hilton Head is definitely not an island that shuts down off season, and no matter the month you visit, you'll have plenty of recreational activities.

What's the Damage?
Rooms at the Inn start just below $200 during peak season. Rates are based on double occupancy and do not include tax. Keep in mind that parking, beach shuttles, morning coffee and Internet service are all complimentary at the resort. June through August is peak season for families traveling with children out of school, but great deals can be had in May and September, while its still quite warm and the ocean is still welcoming.

For Mom and Dad
And of course, if they're in Hilton Head, they're probably golf fanatics. The Sea Pines Resort offer three nationally ranked and award-winning resorts, all designed by leading golf club architects. We have a feeling you'll find the time to try out the different courses.
