My family and I have traveled to many different water parks and we would have to say the Kalahari resort is probably one of the nicest water park resorts we have been to.

The rooms are extremely comfortable. The resort reminds us more +of a resort that should be in Vegas. Definitely would travel here again. Even though the drive was 4 hours away it was well worth it!

Great for all ages.

We all had a great time! The water park was not overcrowded because it was a Sunday/Monday in January. Our package deal was very reasonable, probably due to the time of year. The water park and hotel accommodations were very well maintained and more +clean. The staff was friendly. Though a little pricey, the food was excellent. I have nothing bad to say about Kalahari. We will definitely be back!

Kalahari Resort Sandusky Ohio

Our stay at the Kalahari was fantastic! We knew it was going to be nice however, we had no idea how nice until we got there!

The staff was extremely helpful and courteous to all. The rooms were super neat and clean. And there was SO more +much to do. While we were in Sandusky we also went to Cedar Point amusement park. (Just a short drive from the Kalahari)

The water park inside the Kalahari was immaculate! Everything for kids and adults to do! You can even carry your adult beverages around the whole place!

One of our bartenders at night was AMAZING! He was just like Tom Cruise in the move Cocktail! Flipping bottles all over the place!

All in all our stay was wonderful and we can not wait to go back this fall!!!!

WATERPARK FRENZY

If your kids love the water - this is the place for you. Even though the Hotel was very busy we never had to wait more than 5 minutes for any ride. Staff in Hotel were very friendly and helpful.
Rooms were clean and kept neat. Restaurants more +were very kid friendly- food wasn't the best, but ok..
They have a Zoo with some neat animals- my son loved the Camel ride. Overall we had a very good time and would go back.
