The Loews Denver hotel, like all the Loews properties, welcomes children with a special gift bag and has a lending library of hand-held video games. Other "Loews Loves Kids" treats include milk and cookies in the room upon arrival. Loews Denver's on-site Tuscany restaurant has a kids' menu, and moms and dads will appreciate the plush linens, coffeemaker and aromatherapy toiletries. The hotel has 183 rooms, including 17 suites. Up to two pets per room are welcome here. This hotel is two miles from downtown, but offers shuttle service to the nearby Cherry Creek North shopping area (which has 400 stores and more than 50 restaurants) and awesome Cherry Creek paved river trail.
