Great Stay with Kids!!

We chose this resort because of the pirate theme and the cool pools. We have 3 young boys, this resort did not disappoint us. It was great. Pools were neat, and heated which was great for a February vacation. The mini golf on site was nice too. more +

Best one Yet!

We stayed at the Marriott for 3 days/2 nights, which wasn't long enough. We found a great deal on the Internet and was very worried about it. After reading some of the reviews, I was still worried about it. I am so glad we went with our gut and more +booked our stay at the Marriott anyway.

When we arrived here we were greeted by an extremely friendly girl at the front desk. She provided us with all the information we could ask for, and more. In fact every staff person throughout our stay was helpful and happy, which is hard to find these days.

When we opened the room to our hotel it was WOW! That is the first word I could think of to describe it. It was a 1 bedroom suite with a sleeper sofa. It was very spacious for my family of 5. We had a full kitchen that had all the dishes, drink ware, and cooking ware. It had a washer/dryer in the closet witch was very helpful with the wet towels. The bathroom was huge and it had a nice screened in porch. "This room is cleaner then our house." My oldest daughter said. She was right, the room looked brand new. My other daughter walked right into the patio door, because the glass was so clean.

We really enjoyed the pool areas especially the one with the pirate ship. It is nice to have that shallow are and then a deeper area all within one pool. It was nice we could hang out by the pool together as a family. Other hotels it is me and my son hanging at the kiddie pool, and my husband with our daughters at the other pool. We enjoyed the splash zone when we were tired of swimming. We had some awesome water cannon fights there, that we will never forget.

We participated in the kids activities that were pool side. If the kids participated that received tokens to turn in for prizes which was nice. We did not participate in the other activities that were scheduled due to our busy schedule. They had family scavenger hunts, fishing, karaoke, ice cream social, and more that sounded like fun. My husband really liked the exercise room, which he said had nice equipment in it. We Enjoyed the on site miniature golf in the evenings to wind the kids down. In the morning my kids enjoyed the pool tables and basketball court.

There were no restaurants on site, but that did not bother us at all. We stopped at the grocery store at stocked our room with food. Much cheaper for a family of to do that then to eat out for every meal. Lunch meat at cereal goes a long way.

We will definitely come back to this Marriott the next time we are in Orlando. It is one of the BEST hotels we have ever been to. Whenever we hear that someone is going to Orlando w recommend the Marriott to them. To this day we still talk about the fun we had there. Thank you Marriott for the GREAT memories we have!

Best I ever Had
