My whole family (17) visited Nuevo Vallarta and enjoyed the hotel, Mayan Palace. It was a little pricey, however, you could find everything within the hotel grounds. The pool is about a mile long (not kidding you) and the activities for the more +children were endless. The dolphin adventure is right next door, which we took advantage of the free shuttle bus. The beach was steps away and other activities were also offered (parasailing, jet skies etc.)This was a great family vacation, something for everyone to do. I understand since we have gone, they have put a water park on the resort grounds.
