High-speed Internet is available throughout the hotel. Typically, families can score a deal and save even more money at Milford Plaza. Pets can also stay at the hotel.

Worst housekeeping ever

Location is good.
Housekeeping department does not clean the room even after calling and asking them.
For receiving the parcel they charged 275 dollars. Upon complaining and investigating ( wasting our time) they said sorry it was a typo. Should have been 25 dollars.
As a goodwill gesture they charged the minimum - 11 dollars instead of 25 dollars.
But if we hadn't noticed (some people do express checkout) they would have cheated!

Poor Costumer that stays at ROW

The retrofitting of the old Milford Hotel made the customer life worse: the rooms are now shorter, the services turned to be poor, and the rates hiked, not to mention the downgrading of the services rendered.
