The hotel staff were awesome. The rooms are so clean and lots of space. The view from our room was great. They have the most wonderful pool area. Lots of room and food & drinks. The food at the hotel was so good. You are treated very more +special. The view from the dining area is breath taking. It over looks the pool area and the ocean.

We stayed at the sunrise lobby and it was very wonderful. I would suggest to anyone to stay. It is very close to the airport so it is very convient. It is a little out from Cancun, but a pleasant ride into Cancun.

This was the 2nd time we have been to the Moon Palace, The service is the best! We enjoyed all the restaurant choices (11 restaurants), and the fact that you don't have to make reservations at them ahead of time. The pools are a mile long (seems more +that way)! The resort is big enough it never feels crowded, you could always get a chair by the pool, The beach is beautiful and great for walks, especially to the bar down on the beach after dinner. The water is not the turquoise blue like in Cancun, but still pretty. We used the spa and had royal treatment.

The room are very clean with a balcony and jacuzzi and nicely decorated. The grounds and pool area are well kept and beautifuly decorated with tropical landscape. There were nightly shows and entertainment (a tribute to Micheal Jackson a must see). While in the Cancun area, be sure to visit Xel-ha and XCaret. Both are great for all ages and well worth the time and money. Also, Chichen Itza is very interesting for the history and archeology lovers.
