Vermont’s popular Killington Resort has received approval for Phase I of its Killington Village Master Plan, to turn the New England ski mountain into a true ski resort destination.

Killington Village’s first phase will include the addition of 193 residential units in the village core and an additional 2,000 housing units, of which all could be available as rentals, per owner. A 77,000-square-foot skier services building will complement Powdr’s on-mountain ski operations in a consolidated base lodge and ski bridge spanning over Killington Road. More than 30,000 square feet will be dedicated to retail and commercial space to provide social, apes ski settings along the walkable village streets and Town Green. An additional 32-lot residential subdivision will be added slope side at Ramshead Brook.

Killington Village in Killington, Vermont, will be the first base village of its kind in New England.
