Boutique Capella Hotel Becomes Rosewood Washington D.C.

Washington D.C.’s boutique hotel The Capella, is now officially the first Rosewood branded hotel in the area. The Dallas-based Rosewood, which operates 19 boutique hotels internationally, has renamed the 49-room property Rosewood Washington D.C.

Rosewood is not changing the property, which was renovated in 2008 at a cost of $32 million. The hotel features onsite dining, a rooftop indoor-outdoor swimming pool and lounge, childcare services and contemporary decor.
