This family-run motel with Key West décor is a short walk away from the action, yet secluded enough to feel like a quiet retreat. Approximately 166 yards from its front door are the white sand beaches of Clearwater Beach. This Gulf of Mexico motel is close to the Clearwater Marine Aquarium, where “Dolphin Tale” and “Dolphin Tale 2” were filmed; Caladesi Island State Park; where you can kayak in mangroves or enjoy a 3-mile hike; and Pier 60, where the sunsets are legendary.

Two-bedroom suites are perfect for families of up to six, featuring a queen bed, two twin beds and a kitchenette. Splash in the warmth of the heated pool, sip the complimentary coffee and soak in the relaxed vibe. With onsite laundry, you’ll have less to pack and less fretting about the little guy spilling on his favorite shirt. Spend your time enjoying the restaurants and sugar sand beaches, all within close walking distance.

Excellent service but the bed will keep us from coming back.

We stayed overnight at Clearwater Beach and found this little quaint hotel very inviting. Having grown up in this area... it was nice to see a few of the older hotels are still around to give it the Old Clearwater Beach feel! The check in process was excellent thanks to Alexia who was informative, warm, welcoming and very helpful! Our TV remote didn't work and she was knocking on our door a few minutes later with a replacement! We have nothing but complements on the service! It was apparent that quite a bit of money had been spent on decorating the rooms... nice art, ceiling fans, very cold AC. What was a huge disappointment was the bed, which was very uncomfortable and the choice of a sliding barn door in lieu of a bathroom door. The barn door didn't provide much privacy at all .. which I think is important in a bathroom. The room was very small (165 sq/ft) and we knew that going in but we didn't look to see if all the rooms are this size or if bigger ones were available. The bad bed was the deciding factor for us, we can't stay here again. Too bad since the service was impeccable.

Love almost every single thing about this place

Everything was exactly as we like it minus the traffic noise (which you will get anywhere on the beach) and the mattress cover was noisy. Loved the check in and check out process along with the cooled drinks in the office that is open 8-8. Pool is not heated but nice enough total area surrounding and closed off to street. Like the chairs outside and couches and also the rooftop area to sit and read in the breeze. Suite was nice and perfect sized for us with small kitchen area and microwave for your leftovers. Nice at the end of the street and close to everything with just a short walk to eat and to the beach across the street and they have chairs and inflatables and towels to borrow. We never used our car at all and had parking at the hotel too. We would go back and stay again and will also be letting others know about this cute little place.
