Downtown’s most luxurious hotel, the Omni nonetheless embraces families with a number of perks in addition to its great riverside location near to all that is happening on downtown’s Northbank.

The Sensational Kids program provides backpacks for kids upon check-in, stocked with an activity book, healthy snack advice, crayons, and games. Plus, kids receive delivery of milk and cookies the first night of their stay. A family package throws in buffet breakfast each morning.

Best place to stay in Jacksonville!

Everyone made us feel so welcome as always! Some of the amazing hospitality professionals that helped us are Sheena, Colleen, Denis, Banu, Bryce and Room Service. Hotel is always so clean and polished. Thank you for a fun stay with friends!

If you like the sound of your neighbor's snoring and umm.. we'll say passionate moments, then this hotel may be for you!

The hotel was clean and comfortable however the paper-thin walls and plentiful adjoining doors made for some uncomfortable moments. As someone who spent the better part a decade practically living in hotels, I have NEVER been to a hotel with such little privacy. I was surprised to find that my room joined each of the rooms next to us, which might be useful for a large family, but in our case led to hearing WAY too much of our neighbors on either side. If that's your thing then this is the place for you!
