It's hard not to feel lost in the tropics at the Punta Cana Resort. Palm trees sprout from the tops of the beach villas, and nature trails snake through the thick junglelike interior to 11 spring-fed ponds and three miles of beaches. There's also a P.D. Dye-designed golf course, where six of the 18 holes face the ocean.
