Stay Away

by EandL4evet

This is the worst hotel experience I have ever had! The bathroom looked clean until you close the door. Pile of filth swept into the corner made it obvious the housekeeping staff never looks there to clean. Then the dog began to bark. Front desk said there was nothing they could do. Room above ours had people walking around all night and every step sounded like they were about to fall through the ceiling. When they showered at 6 a.m. I felt as if I was in there with them as I could hear the water flowing through the pipes accompanied by a high pitched screech. Comfortable bed? Yeah, but I was up all night, listening to people talking in the hallway and adjoining rooms through paper thin walls. I use a sound machine and even with it turned up I couldn’t sleep over the noise from above, hallway, and other rooms. Have to drive several hours today on no sleep. This was a Priceline express deal and obviously we were given the worst room available - directly next to stairs. The WiFi sucks - ended up turning it off and using my own phone data. I would have been better off sleeping in my car!!!

We were very happy we chose Quality Suites for our stay in Moab. Great location to restaurants, shopping, national parks, and many scenic drives. They have a laundry room for the quests and enjoyed a great breakfast to start your day.
