Located near the Great Smokey Mountains, this chain hotel is also situated not far from Dollywood and downtown Gatlinburg. Bring the entire family along on your Pigeon Forge family vacation, even your four legged family members, because this hotel is pet friendly. After a day of exploring the town, families can enjoy some time at the outdoor pool where the kids can swim and play and the adults can relax and put their feet up on the surrounding pool deck chairs. The spacious and comfortable guestrooms feature king or queen beds, a mini-fridge, microwave and flat screen television. Balconies, a fireplace, a sleeper sofa or a Jacuzzi tub are available in some of the guestrooms. Some of the guestrooms even feature three or four queen beds. Complimentary Wi-Fi access can be found in the guestrooms as well so everyone can stay connected while away. Needs major work

I was here for 3 nights on a ladies retreat. The rooms were unclean and full of dust. There was a very strong air freshener plugged in that I finally found under the bathroom sink. Once we unplugged it we realized they must of been trying to mask a mildew smell from water damage. The bathtub was very dirty and the showerhead needs to be replaced.

Let me start with I did not book this stay, a friend did or I would have left. I travel often to the Pigeon Forge area and have stayed at a variety of places and this one is by far the worst. I did not have to deal with staff but the room was very run down and not as clean as it should have been. The hair dryer was caked with dust and there was a red sticky substance on the wall. The bath tub bottom was stained black all over and the inside doors were peeling apart. It’s not somewhere I will return to.
