My stay here was wonderful Chaquita was very attentive and helpful she made my stay so pleasurable I definitely would recommend this hotel it was clean and comfortable there was coffee in my room, fast wifi the housekeepers was also great.

RUDE manager Sam Patel raised his voice and told us he wouldn't do anything for us when we voiced dissatisfaction over getting a smoking room rather than non smoking since booked online through a 3rd party agent, even though the evening desk clerk (VERY nice and professional) said she'd move us to a nonsmoking room once our online reservation popped up with a smoking designation (we don't smoke). The daytime clerk AND Patel loudly talked over us and each other to let us know this was all our fault and there was nothing they'd do for us. Patel continued to yell at us as we walked out of the hotel. Customer DISservice and major DISsatisfaction. Word of advice: don't stay at this hotel.
