Very good and clean hotel! Loved the guys from the animation team, Rene and Christian. Everyday our room was nice and clean. It is a nice hotel, near the city of Playa del Carmen, Fifth Avenue (Quinta Avenida). You should check it out yourself!

The premium services is expensive for the difference charge with normal guest. The guest service didnt realy take care of us. The buffet is really basic. All room is normal. No difference about premium room and normal room, its juste the localisation. You dont have really access to all reef resort for alcool.

Its a 3 1/2..
