Weekend in NYC

by FamilyMan1956

Not your typical NYC hotel. The staff from the bellman Ray & Lamar to the front desk staff Gabe & Dante they make you feel like family and some how during our stay they remembered our names. The staffs restaurant recommendations were spot on.

Fabulous Hotel

You won't go wrong booking a stay at the Refinery. From the minute we walked through the door, up until the time we checked out, our 3 night stay was our best ever in NY. The entire hotel projects a very comfortable feeling with its modern, classy decor, and the lit candles in the lobby add a soft touch, not to mention a very relaxing scent throughout. There's a cozy bar in the lobby, as well as the Refinery Rooftop restaurant/bar with breathtaking views of the city.
The attention given to detail by the staff was most impressive. Bellmen, Ray and Lamar, greeted us with a friendly smile and warm hello each time we saw them. The front desk agents, Gabe and Dante were extremely knowledgeable when asked different questions about the city and they were both more then happy to help us. Our room was immaculate and Housekeeping even checked in with us each evening to see if we needed anything.
We highly recommend staying at the Refinery, you won't be disappointed.
