Nice hotel

by Loveseaturtlesand

This is a very nice hotel. They have a bar/restaurant and a coffee bar in the lobby. I had no issues here. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. The staff was friendly and helpful. They do not have door hangers for do not disturb it is a button by the doorbell!

Years after my first stay, quality and comfort remains the same!

In NOLA for a week of meetings and I generally prefer to stay in the Arts or Business districts - away from the noise of the FQ. Last stayed at this Renaissance in 2011 and so glad I selected it again this time! Just as before, staff very attentive, room very comfortable and clean, and the area more trendy than touristy. Lots of nice restaurants and bars nearby and a several block walk from CVS and Rouse’s Market (a NOLA version of Whole Foods - but much better). Fitness Center well equipped and there’s a rooftop pool and lounge area. If your looking for quiet while in NOLA w/the option of a short walk to Bourbon/Canal streets, this is the place.
