We stayed here for three nights during our Disney trip. It was during spring break, so that probably represents the worst crowds the hotel gets but it was horribly crowded! We stayed on the top floor and felt lucky because it meant we could always more +get an elevator down in the morning. Folks on lower floors had to watch full elevator after full elevator open and close with no space for them. The breakfast area was complete chaos with people pushing and shoving to get to the food. We went right in the middle of breakfast and they were out of almost everything and there was no place to sit so we had to take our breakfast back up to the room. Even the hallway from the elevator to the hotel exit felt like we were already in a Disneyland ride line!

Outside the hotel feels a little shady but that's kind of the territory with the Disneyland "strip".

Highly recommend the shuttle service to the park. it's much more convenient and less expensive than parking. There are only two stops after this hotel before the park so it was always a pretty quick trip.

The rooms are clean and it's nice to have the kitchen and separate sleeping place. But don't stay here if you're not ok being part of a mob scene! There was nothing relaxing about our stay.
