OVERPRICED and DISAPPOINTING

by mima9151

I recently stayed at Residence Inn Boston Foxborough (10/11-10/13) for my sons hockey tournament. Booking was done through the tournament site and the Foxborough location was what was recommended for our team stay.

Room cost was $199.99 per night which I would have not had an issue paying if the quality and standard of cleanliness was in comparison to that rate per evening. Note the room was outdated and had multiple issues throughout the room where it was dirty or clearly needed repair! I have pictures to back up these claims and will be posting a review on Trip Advisor to this stay.

During our stay the toilet also became clogged. While trying to call the front desk to get maintenance to fix we noted that the phone in the room was not working and had no direct dial to the front desk. My son walked to front desk to ask for assistance to which they gave him the plunger and walked back to our room with it which we then unclogged ourselves! What horrible customer service.

We frequently stay at Marriott locations as it's usually our top choice but this experience left us with a bad impression.

Overpriced and dirty

Overpriced and dirty. Bathrooms were not cleaned well & the furniture was old and dirty Needs a good updating. Also, the carpeting throughout the hotel was disgusting needs a good shampooing. The pictures that are featured is not the same as this actual property. Bedding was good and breakfast was very mediocre. We booked a two-bedroom suite for $350 per night...Not up to Marriott standards that I’ve seen before very disappointing.
