A Family- Friendly Gem

Our family stayed here for 2 nights 4/2/10-4/4/10 for a spring break visit to Massanutten Indoor Waterpark. Harrisonburg is a great little town for a vacation; very family friendly, and gracious to visitors.

This residence inn, is as more +nice, and even nicer than many 4- 5 star resorts. The lobby is very large( doubles as a very comfy, relaxing breakfast room), with lots of sitting areas and flat screen TV's. The breakfast has everything anyone desires for breakfast with delicious hot & cold items. Attached is a large courtyard with comfy seatings and a great outdoor fireplace. The indoor pool is a nice size, gym is small. The Suite is quite spacious & very nicely decorated, with all amenities, and super clean, with uber comfy beds. All staff members are friendly and kind, they all smile ,say hello, & ask how your stay is going. It is obvious that the manager /staff put a great deal of effort in excellence in customer service. I would select this residence inn again for a visit as my husband and children loved this place as much as I did; & I enjoyed every minute of my stay in this hotel
