PLEASE DO NOT STAY HERE

If you want your money STOLEN from you, feel free to stay here. We stayed here in February 2019, and there was an altercation outside of our room. We cut our 3 day stay short and stayed across the street. We were told a full refund would be applied, and all we wanted was a refund for the rest of our stay. They have not responded to multiple attempts of communication for getting a refund. The management at this hotel is extremely poor and unwilling to help. Please give us our refund. This is a pathetic, money hungry hotel. This is also not the place you want to bring a family.

Great Buffect, Great service, Great Location

This residence inn is located just steps from Sea World. They offer a free shuttle and a discount on tickets and shopping at the park. The breakfast buffet is not typical hotel free food. The rooms are very clean and quiet. My only negative is the long walk to the elevators. The rooms are reasonably priced and large.
