Formerly One Bal Harbour, the Ritz-Carlton resort chain has taken over this luxury property located in the heart of Miami Beach. The renovated hotel is located along the waterfront of Miami Beach and features 124 rooms and suites, with one- and two-bedroom options with gourmet kitchens and large terraces. The resort provides family fun at an outdoor, heated swimming pool with private cabanas, as well as its Ritz Kids program, which includes games, water sports and play. The resort’s spa also welcomes children for manicures and pedicures, and pets are welcome at the hotel. Onsite dining options include the casual fare at the pool bar and grill, providing beach and pool service, including a sushi menu. The resort’s Bistro Bar Harbour provides casual indoor and outdoor dining for breakfast, lunch and dinner daily, including a weekend brunch.

Hypocritical policies

The Ritz claims to be “environmental friendly” when it comes to washing towels and posting signs around the hotel but every time we came back to the hotel
Room all the lights were left on and everything is served in single use plastic containers.

We called for our suite so include a sofa bed- we have never felt a more uncomfortable sofa bed! Then we called for it to be replaced and the twin bed it was replaced with wasn’t much better. Would not recommend! 2 stars for the view

Bryan Velez -Superb guest relations

Guest relations specialist, Bryan Velez is a gem. We called to place a gift platter and wine in our daughter and husbands room for their 11th anniversary. Bryan went well beyond what we asked for and added balloons and rose petals to make it a truly unforgettable start to their weekend stay. He exceeded all of our expectations! Thanks so much. They were thrilled!
