Relaxing Getaway

by Victoria0028

I came to this resort for a Business Convention, and it was nothing but fabulous! Super relaxing, beautiful grounds, and great food. The room was beautiful, (recommend gulf-view) very clean, and housekeeping did a wonderful job each day cleaning the room and supplying the room with fresh towels and toiletries, even came by at night to drop off chocolates and turn down the room! The pool staff and poolside service was EXCELLENT! Shout out to Watson at the Pool for remembering my name, and reserving poolside chairs each day, remembering i love to be in the sun! Poolside service was very attentive! Terrazza for breakfast will not disappoint! The french toast was to die for!!! Could not go in the water on the beach because of the red tide, which was a bit disappointing, but not the hotels fault. I would highly recommend this resort, it was truly a beautiful place, and the staff makes you feel so welcome!

Exceeds Expectations

by TomKaten

Joined my husband for a quick weekend before a business conference. Once again, the Ritz-Carlton exceeded our expectations. Every single employee delivers the best customer service. We were excited to upgrade our room at check in for an ocean view. Beach and pool service spot on. Room service, seriously delicious, relaxing and made to order. Shopping assistance. Poolside restaurant, yummm. Terrezza for breakfast, recommend the menu option. Limo service is so easy. I HAVE to give a special shout out to Concierge Rebecca. She seriously saved the day and changed my life when she found a personal shopper in the small town where my dad lives. It made his 83rd birthday extra special and I was able to do all of it from my phone! Thank you, again, Ritz-Carlton. We’ll be back!
