High season is from mid-December to mid-April. Low season is from mid-April to mid-December.

Getting There
Fly into the Cancun International Airport, which is served by American, Continental, Delta, Northwest, United, US Airways and other carriers. Either rent a car, or book your transportation from the airport to your resort ahead of time. If you don't book in advance, then buy a transfer from the tourism-related vendors, who jump out at you as you exit the airport terminal. If you end up outside the terminal's doors without a voucher for transportation, you may fall prey to some greedy taxi owners.
