Birthday Girls Trip

We were greeted by Mark at the front desk! what a great first impression friendly and courteous. We were then met my Vop and Pierre who were so helpful getting us to our room along with all of our belongings. The room was clean and looked just like the photos online. We truly enjoyed our stay and I cant say enough about Vop he went well out of his way for us! On our last evening there Mark was so helpful with suggestions around town. What a great experience. If you are picky and like a nice clean and great atmospheres. This hotel is the place to stay and we will be back

Birthday fun

The front desk guy Amawry and Vob Saintil the bell guy were so nice. Major props to them and Pierre for their sevice.It is my birthday and I wanted to have a chill and enjoying weekend and I am having that. The atmosphere is beautiful with lots of art. The restaurant downstairs mas Cuba is the bomb.Food is really good and great customer service.Representing New York and D.C Jorge James the manager made all of this happen and we are super thankful.We will definitely be coming back. The staff here is very friendly and nice. Vob tops the cake. His customer service is beyond great. Even also offered places to celebrate my birthday.
