Always a beautiful

I have stayed at this hotel at least 10 times. It is a beautiful location, with outstanding views. The rooms have ocean views and are very nice. The staff is very nice and eager to help. I plan to return every year.

Wedding

Only got one star because can’t give anything lower. Made reservations three months prior and called week before to confirm. Entire wedding party was in one building and ours was 1/2 mile away. No help from valet to help with luggage. Not even an offer. Manager was of no assistance whatsoever. Everyone was checked in early and had there rooms and we were left waiting in lobby waiting for a room to become available for 4 hours. People who arrived after us in our party where taken care of. Early reservation, early arrival and late for wedding rehearsal. Thank you Marriott. Frequent traveler but will be reluctant to ever recommend this hotel again. Marriott should be embarrassed with the shoddy service. Definitely not worth the money. Frequent Marriott user so kind of shocked at the lack of customer service from management down.
