The Two-Room Suite we stayed had a great space all around. The Hotel location is great but there are many wrong things all around that make me wonder if I want to stay here again.

Hotel has no elevator so you have to carry your entire more +heavy luggage on your own to the second floor; this is not fun when you are traveling with kids.

Towels were very old looking, broken and very rough, kids were complaining about towels scratching their skin.

Beds had no fitted sheets so as you move in bed the sheet covering the mattress will move with you too. Bedspreads felt like they were full of dust, specially the one in the Murphy bed, we did not used to sleeper sofa but I am assuming it was very dusty as well.

My idea is that of a Hotel is offering a room with kitchenette they should provide with some paper plates, plastic utensils, cups and paper towels, this one only offered very small cups that did not look to be safe for microwave. Microwave was very old; you could only fit inside a very small cup and heat it for about 4-5 minutes to feel the water or milk hot enough to make a hot chocolate. I did not see paper towel anywhere, we had to wipe the counter with tissue paper from the bathroom until the last night when I noticed room service put a paper towel roll inside a cabinet, not even outside for us to see.

Breakfast buffet was horrible; pancakes were very hard and dry, coffee was bad, everything was bad. I do not recommend eating in the Hotel; there are a lot of good reastaurants rights across the street fo ryou to choose from.

The only thing I like about this Hotel was the location and the room space but that's about it.

My children , my mother and myself had the most wonderful time at Seralago . We most of all loved the pool . The pizza in the food court was the best we've ever tasted (; the transportation to the parks was wonderful , also . Although , the fun was more +great , but the hotel is a little bit run down . There are no fitted sheets on the beds , the bathroom was not the cleanest and the towells were very rough , with a few stains . The carpets were also not very clean . We may come back if some of this changes for the good .

This is a true review,The first night we were there, next to our room were people that were loud, hanging outside of their room in lawn chairs drinking and eating chicken. It was two in the morning when my husband finally said can you please keep it more +down. Of course it was the "well if you don't like the noise leave"We called security, that was a waste of time
.
I go to the bathroom, there was a roach the size of my thumb. The following morning I complained to the manager who had an attitude and really did not want to hear it. We changed rooms late in the day.

The other side of the hotel, was like the upper class of the the hotel. People were nice, rooms were cleaner and even the towels were softer. It was like the twilight zone.

We have stayed here once before many years ago, I guess things changed. We will never visit this hotel again.

I was very disappointed in our stay at this hotel. The carpet was dirty, there were no fitted sheets and the bathroom wasnt the cleanest. Our room was only serviced 3 out of the 7 days that we stayed. I then wrote them a letter expressing my more +disappointment in this hotel, asked for a response as acknowledgement that they received it, and never heard anything back. I was very disappointed in this hotel and will never stay here again, nor reccommend it to anyone

We have have a few trip but this was the best one yet, we were there from December 23, 2009 to January 04, 2010, the grandkids had a blast, and we were so close to old town and gift shops, places to eat and the buses were right at the door to pick more +you up and take you were you wanted to go, the kids enjoyed going on the buses, the rooms were very clean and all the staff was great and very helpful, there is no one set time to go for it the same all year round, they even give you some coupons to same on things you want to do, and a games room for the kids and you can also eat there if you wish, and if you need more towels or bathroom supply you just have to ask, also i like the idea there was also a laundry room there to get your cloths done, the hotel was very clean and well keep up, there was also security walking the grounds all the time, and i like that if you wanted to swim in the evening or just take a walk. I would stay there anytime if i go back, Avis from Canada.
